Our policies for workshop cancellations and refunds at Seriesppassurede.

Workshop Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Seriesppassurede has established the following cancellation policy to be fair to both our students and our instructors.

Cancellation by Participant

  • 14 or more days before workshop: Full refund or credit for future workshop
  • 7-13 days before workshop: 50% refund or full credit for future workshop
  • Less than 7 days before workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your spot to another person or receive credit for a future session

Cancellation by Seriesppassurede

In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop due to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

  • Full refund of your workshop fee
  • Priority booking for the rescheduled session
  • Option to transfer to another workshop of equal or lesser value

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your workshop:

  • Contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session
  • We will work with you to find an alternative date
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability
  • One free reschedule per booking is allowed

Workshop Materials

All materials provided during workshops are included in the workshop fee and are non-refundable separately. Materials you create during the workshop are yours to keep.

Gift Vouchers

Workshop gift vouchers purchased from Seriesppassurede:

  • Are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
  • Can be used for any workshop of equal or lesser value
  • Are transferable to another person
  • Are non-refundable for cash

Private Workshop Bookings

For private group bookings and corporate events:

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your date
  • Full payment is due 7 days before the event
  • Cancellations more than 21 days before: Full refund minus administrative fee
  • Cancellations 14-21 days before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 14 days before: No refund, but date can be rescheduled once

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled workshop without notice, this is considered a no-show. Unfortunately, no refunds or credits are available for no-shows. Please contact us if you are running late or cannot make it.

How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund:

  1. Contact us via email or phone as soon as possible
  2. Provide your booking confirmation details
  3. State your preference for refund or credit
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
